SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME
Orders which are eligible for shipping can be shipped worldwide. The shipping charge and delivery time depends on your delivery country and product purchased. Our products tend to be very fragile, so they are packed to the highest specifications and the shipping cost includes insurance (except USA) - this is reflected in the shipping price. Unfortunately we can not ship lamps outside of EU, do to regulations. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have questions about it.
All products are available for collection at our studio in Copenhagen.
If your items are in stock your order is normally shipped within 1 week, sometimes quicker (we are a small team!). You are welcome to send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to find out how quickly we can ship a particular product if you want it by a certain date.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please note that local customs and VAT will be charged when shipping outside the EU.

Unfortunately due to the fragile nature of our products we cannot offer a refund or credit note for a product unless it is damaged upon arrival. However, if you would like a closer look at a product before you buy, you are welcome to visit us in Copenhagen, or contact us at email@example.com. We will be happy to talk to you about the product, send more images, or jump on a Skype video to show you the product in greater detail.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact us at:
If you send us an e-mail, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as some pictures if there is something wrong with one of the products. If the product is damaged upon arrival you have to give notice within 7 days - incoterm, DAP.
You are entitled to give notice of defects for a period of 24 months. If something is wrong with the product, your claim should be sent to us as soon as possible from the time that you notice the problem.
You can either have a new product sent, a discount or return the product for a refund. This will be decided from case to case. Accordingly, the provisions on defects in the Danish Sales Act apply.
If your claim is valid we will of course cover your shipping expenses for returning the item to us. Please provide us with documentation for your expenses.
The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent (any further) damage to the products or boxes. And please keep receipts and tracking codes as a proof of sending the items back.
